介绍
风土
土壤主要由河沙及鹅卵石构成。较低处的葡萄园的土质主要由冲积的土壤，沙土以及石头构成，斜坡上的葡萄的土壤主要由粘土和石灰石构成。
酿造
全部采摘经挤压后，12度静态沉淀。在勃艮地大桶的精致酒槽中发酵，经常搅动，持续8至10个月。

侍酒温度8-10度，置于玻璃瓶中或大玻璃杯中。可作开胃酒，搭配奶酪（羊奶酪和洛克福羊乳干酪，鸡肉和蘑菇）
