粘土土壤由石灰石母岩及沙土结构土壤分解所形成
酿造
经空气挤压，静态低温沉淀，经过四个月在酒槽中成熟。未经过二次乳酸发酵。在最后调配之前，胡姗在大桶中藏酿、成熟。
